Disappointed with Product & Partial Refund Policy

I ordered this product based on the company’s satisfaction guarantee, which clearly stated they would refund customers who weren’t happy. Unfortunately, the product did not meet my expectations — product was thin in texture and taste like children's motrin but more bitter.

I contacted the company and requested a refund, expecting the full amount to be returned as promised. Instead, I only received 50% back. When I asked why, I was given an unsatisfactory explanation that didn’t align with their stated policy.

I’m frustrated not only with the product itself, but also with the misleading guarantee. If a full refund isn’t truly offered, that should be made clear before purchase. I wouldn’t recommend this product or company based on my experience.

To recap: you originally ordered a bundle of Super Recovery and Super Liver. You let us know that you didn’t like the taste of Super Liver and had mistakenly believed Super Recovery was our other product, Super Lungs. In response, we offered a 50% refund if you returned the Super Recovery and arranged to send a free bottle of Super Lungs.

When you mentioned that the Super Recovery had already been opened, we let you keep both products, issued a 50% refund, and still sent the Super Lungs bottle at no cost.

According to tracking, the Super Lungs was delivered, but you informed us that you didn’t receive it and requested another replacement. At this point, you've received three products for the price of one. While we truly want every customer to feel satisfied, we’re unable to send a second free replacement.

To make things right, we’ve gone ahead and refunded your full order. You now have a complete refund and are free to keep the original products as well. Thanks for giving Super Bonsai a try!

I don’t get hangovers, should I still use this?

Absolutely! While Super Recovery is great for alleviating hangover symptoms, it's also designed for general alcohol recovery as alcohol can negatively impact your body in many ways - even if you don’t feel it.
Our eight carefully chosen ingredients work to support your liver, immune system, and overall bodily functions that can be impacted by alcohol. Even if you don’t drink, Super Recovery can be taken for general liver support!

For example, ginger has been used for thousands of years for nausea and Super Recovery could potentially be taken for normal headaches.

Can I purchase outside of the USA?

SuperBonsai does not yet sell to countries outside of the US due to differing regulations. Expansion to Canada is currently being worked on.
