90-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We stand behind our products. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a refund within 90 days of your original purchase date by emailing hello@superbonsai.com.
This guarantee applies to first-time orders only and covers one product per order.
If you purchased multiple products or multiple units of the same product, you may receive a refund for one opened unit without returning it. To receive a refund on any additional items, those units must be returned unopened and in their original condition. We will provide a prepaid shipping label for your return — the cost of the label will be deducted from your total refund.
Subscription Orders
The 90-day money-back guarantee applies to your first order, whether it's a one-time purchase or the start of a subscription. Recurring subscription orders that have already shipped are not eligible for return or refund. To cancel or modify your subscription before your next order ships, please visit your subscriber dashboard.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging. You must also provide a reason for the return and proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt). Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Inspection & Refund Processing
Once your return is received at our fulfillment center, it will be inspected. Refunds are only issued for items deemed to be in acceptable condition upon inspection. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
Damages & Issues
Inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at hello@superbonsai.com and we will make it right. If your tracking shows delivery but the package never arrived, please contact your local post office and file a claim with the carrier.
