Return Policy

Return Policy


If you are unsatisfied with our product for any reason, you may return it for a full refund (excluding initial shipping fees in addition to return shipping fees to be paid by the customer) within 30 days of receiving the item by filling out this form. Upon receipt of the returned item at our fulfillment center, a full inspection will be conducted and only if the item is deemed to be in good condition, the refund will be processed. This full refund is only available once per customer. 

Otherwise, open items cannot be returned. Only non-open, non-damaged items can be returned. Any return shipping fees are to be paid by the customer.

In order to be eligible for return, your item must not be open or used, or damaged and you must provide a reason for the return, so that we may better serve future customers. You will also need proof of purchase in the form of a receipt or proof that the item was acquired via our website.

To start a return, you can reach out to us via email at hello@superbonsai.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how to proceed and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues


Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate and remedy the situation. If your tracking number says your order was delivered but the package never arrived, you must contact your local post office and submit a claim with the carrier if it was lost or stolen.


Non-returnable Items


Certain items cannot be returned (such as promotional items). We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns regarding your specific item or situation.




The fastest way to process an exchange will be to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.




We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method. Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit company to process and post the refund.




Each customer gets only one return per lifetime. No further returns will be accepted.
