I grabbed this to give it a try during the damp winter months when the household is always fighting some sort of chest cold. After a month of use, I'll admit that it's not a wonder-drug in my own case, though I like to think it helped clear out my chest a bit during a couple small colds. I did find that my overall energy and mood were rather good this season, so perhaps this had something to do with that.
The tincture is very gentle and without much of a taste, other than a soothing, earthen flavor. Two drops turn your water a light shade of brown. The dropper works well and the overall ease of use is as simple as adding a couple drops and drinking it down.
I do like to experiment with certain healthy supplements, and I'm glad I gave this a try. For the price, though, I'm not sure I'll continue its use throughout the year, but perhaps only during the winter months.
